Location
Makeup services will be provided in a private residential studio. Please refrain from bringing additional guests who are not being serviced as space is limited. But if you have no other options, a maximum of ONE guest is allowed. If the Makeup Artist hired is traveling, please provide an area where the artist can set up with an outlet plug and/or window nearby. If the Makeup Artist at any point feels unsafe or is being verbal or physically abused, the Makeup Artist has the right to cancel the scheduled appointment and leave the location.
Liability
All brushes, makeup and skincare products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between EVERY makeup application. Makeup and skincare products are used to cater to all skin types and skin tones and are suitable for sensitive skin. Any skin conditions that the clients have MUST be reported to the Makeup Artist prior to the makeup application and if needed, a patch test will be performed for any skin sensitivities.
Client(s) agree to release the Makeup Artist, Dominique McRae also known as Beautebydom, and all employees from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Makeup will be completed to the client's satisfaction. Acceptance of completed makeup application by client is acknowledgment by client that makeup is done to his or her satisfaction. Once the client has left, that means that you are satisfied therefore disqualifying you for a refund.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Beautebydom understands that things may happen. So please give a 24 hour notice that scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please understand that retainers are non refundable.
Cancellations
Before you come to your appointment please be advised to come with a clean face and eyebrows GROOMED ! Beautebydom wants to make sure that everything is done flawlessly so that once you leave the chair you are satisfied.
